The route at a glance

The Naturpark-Radweg is a 260 kilometre loop through the Black Forest Central/North Nature Park, the largest nature park in Germany. Along the way you reach Freudenstadt with Germany's largest market square, pass old Black Forest farms along the Kinzig and ride through the foothills with their orchards and vineyards. The spa town of Baden-Baden, baroque Ettlingen and the protected raised bog at Kaltenbronn are also on the route. The loop splits easily into several stages, and e-bike riders can charge their battery for free at many stations.
